To my knowledge, there is no website presenting adequate weather forecasts to bicycle. That is why I did a program, based upon forecasts of site http://www.arl.noaa.gov/ready/ whose results are above. Pay attention not to take these forecasts literally: forecasts are inaccurate, and my treatment may be very fanciful
This program can forecast weather for all point on Earth surface (except for polar zones), but, be careful with pedal-boat: I don't forecast wave height!
